PALO ALTO, CALIFORNIA -- From June 14Th. until today, I have had nothing but runaround and extremely BAD tech. help from HP; I have been to 3 countries, 2 in India, 1 in The Philippines and 1 in TEXAS ; With four technician's that were poorly trained and corrupted my PC to the extent I can not use it. I have had 1 tech. in Texas that did not complete a restoration that she promised to call and complete, I have at least 7 different phone numbers that are invalid or give me the hustle from one person to another, I have had 4 "CASE MANAGERS" that tell me to call them, but I can never get Thur to their extensions, NOW they want me to send my PC to them; "TO REPAIR" That, TO ME is the height of stupidity !!
' IF ; After 4 tries and HOURS of bad technicians. AM I suppose to trust their people? Well I don't !!
I shall submit a complaint to the Alabama DA; consumer div. and FTC, fraud and consumer section. I asked for a replacement after the 4Th. recovery attempt failed. THAT REQUEST WAS AND IS REFUSED. I lost legal data, business data and and personal data, due to faulty downloading of my backup disc. I am trying desperately to reconstruct some of it from written papers, on to mt "DELL PC " This is by FAR the WORSE experience with ANY company I have ever had to experienced in MY ENTIRE BUSINESS LIFE and PERSONEL LIFE. I am 88 years young and a vet. from WW-2 ; and yet to see something like THIS.
