Chili's - Dismal Food Quality
CEDAR HILL, TEXAS -- We have been eating at Chili's for 20years or more, and in recent months, have noticed how the food quality and quantity has fallen. Today, August 11, 2012, was the last straw. I ordered beef fajita nachos (?) which came with 7 dime-sized fajitas on the whole plate of 7 chips, with a thin, sparse cheese cover, and my Wife ordered a plain hamburger that arrived so salty she couldn't eat it. The manager, when he finally came to our table, admitted that the nacho plate was substandard and issued a credit on the tab. We will test another Chili's at another location, but if the food and service quality is sub-par, they have seen the last of us.
