The Vision Center at Walmart - Worst Customer Service for a Mere Appointment Scheduling
Eye Exam - Complaint
WOODLAND, CALIFORNIA -- It's early in the morning and I decide to use the time I have before class to schedule an appointment to get my eyes checked. I'm under Anthem Blue Cross so i looked up a list of providers and thought that I could stop for a vision check when I get groceries at Walmart. I really regret even calling them!
A very rude and unfriendly woman named Tina or "Leena" who lacked the slightest amount of patience picked up. She wanted to the provider number for Anthem Blue Cross and demanded repeatedly that I give it to her when I told her that I can't find it on my Anthem Blue Cross member card. Her tone turned to anger and she began yelling at me for failing to give her the provider number so I told her I'll call Anthem's customer service and check if their store is on the provider list. I was really trying to put up with her horrible customer service and hope that we could work this out. After calling Anthem's customer service, I was given confirmation that they were on the list of providers I called back the vision center and she again asked for the provider number and reprimanded me for not asking the customer service for it. This whole time I was being screamed at by an outrageously rude and demanding woman who thinks I'm her servant. Her outburst of anger turned my peaceful morning into a hostile situation. No one needs to be "serviced" that way and this Tina or Leena who picks up the phone should be fired.
What an awful woman.
