Lowe's - Damaged dish washer

BOWIE, MARYLAND -- I purchased a BOSCH dish waster (model #353026) and ordered the installation on 8/5/2012 from Lowe's. Lowe's installer came on 8/14/2012 and delivered a damaged dish washer. Lowe's installer offered me 10% price reduction, if I would accept the damaged unit. The damage is at the rear bottom of the dish washer and it has a bent steel frame and a bent cover. Lowe's said that they will order a new cover and replace the damaged cover later. But not the frame. I declined. My complaint is that they knew the unit is damaged at the warehouse without informing the customer of this damage in advance. If the bottom frame is damaged, it could affect the motor and other mechanical parts. I do not believe the dish washer was damaged during the home delivery for installation because I called the service staff at Lowe's about the damages, they already knew. Lowe's should have informed or called the customer prior to the installer brings a damaged dish washer to the customer's home.
