Dish Network - Worst Customer Service
Appointments and Reciever - Complaint
HOUSTON, TEXAS -- I've been on hold for 2 hours to check about my appointment with dish net work [their] customer service is the worst ..My appointment was for today. They
told me I do not have an appointment for today and they are coming tomorrow. The line kept cutting off and every time I called back another person would answer I have to explain it all back to him or her and then I finally asked to speak to a supervisor. She turned to be worse than the rest very unprofessional she told me she can not do any thing and if I do not like it I she could transfer me to the account cancellation center ..To cancel my service I was shocked I can not believe she even said that .Bad bad service I wish I could report that lady to bbb .
