WAHOO, NEBRASKA -- Called to get a quote on their service. Was happy with the COMPLETE package deal set up appointment for the following Saturday, next day came(Monday) got an email saying the appointment for Wednesday should take 1-4 hours, I called to see why the date was different, they said HUH well it should be Sat. no problem we can change this, course that was after I requested a supervisor to talk to. Following day another email stating you will receive a call tomorrow before the appointment, again I called to see what was up talked to yet another supervisor. FINALLY appointment set for Saturday, so I thought. Received another email just about an hour after call confirming Wednesday's appointment. I called yet AGAIN, talked to yet another SO-CALLED supervisor, they said nothing available for Sat. so set up for the following Saturday, following Tuesday come home to a package by my door from their internet partner, got a call within 30 minutes confirming appointment for Wednesday morning, I called very UPSET by this point, had gotten the run around talked to several people including 3 different supervisor's, finally told the to CANCEL the entire deal.
