Palmers Toyota - Service Manager Ignores Customers Complaints

MOBILE, ALABAMA -- I was there for a oil change and I had a appointment
2and a half hours later I was told by Larry [snip] that my
Car was complete but there was another problem now
My check engine light was on he ( Larry ) told me that he
Would have a tech look at it one hour later my car was still
Sitting in front of the dealer thirty minutes later they pulled it
In and after being there nearly four hours for a oil change
They told me my gas cap was loose all I can say is very poor
Management and I still had to pay full price and no sorry mam
