Wireless Xcessories Group Complaint - Poor Business Practices

PENNSYLVANIA -- I called my salesman who took and placed an order for cellular Accesories. I have been dealing with this company for 3 years. I have spent thousands of dollars with them. My order was very small and I was informed by my salesman, Bob M, that the company policy was a minimum of $50.00 which I did spend for this order/

Several hours later I received a call from a female Manager who informed me that because I had not ordered anything from the compnay in the past several months that the minimum order was now $100.00 for me and that "BOB was wrong to take this order" I explained that I had been a customer for several years and spent a lot of money. In my opinion this Female Manager was not only rude to me on the phone but extremely unprofessional as if she enjoyed telling me that I had to buy more merchandise that I did not need just to meet the threshold. I mean it was not like they pay the shipping.

I am in the cellular business and have heard many complaints about this company but up until now I never had any problems. While I think that Bob M is an awesome sales executive and I understand a company policy of a new threshold for a minimum order, I can't understand not having the flexibility to fill an order taken several hours prior to a phone call from, in my opinion, an ignorant, unprofessional Sales Manager like the female who called me.
