Popeyes - Bad Service

LAPORTE, TEXAS -- I always go to the Popeyes on Fairmont Pkwy., in LaPorte, TX. The employees have always been efficient and polite and the food is great. I drive 8 miles each way to get the chicken.
On 8/16/2012, I went to get dinner and the person taking the order could not get it correct. I had to repeat it 3 times and each time she repeated it back completely wrong. The manager got on the speaker and told me I needed to speak into the speaker and I told her I was speaking and looking straight into the speaker. She took my order and got it wrong too.
She told me to drive around to the window, so I did. She was very rude, telling me that the worker was right and I was wrong. I told her that they needed more training on how to handle clients and she needed more training too. She (Edwina) was laughing. I told her I was going to report her to her manager and she looked at me with a smile and said that she "was" the manager, and I told her that she had someone over her that I would report her too.
I drove the 8 miles home and opened my order and bingo, it was wrong. I did not drive the 8 miles back. Lesson learned, when you make someone mad always look at your order. She was smiling when she gave me the order so I think she did it on purpose.
