Sprint - No Bill - Late Charges - No Discount Applied

REDFORD, MICHIGAN -- Since June 6, 2012 - I made 3 visits to the store to either restore my service and ask for an invoice to pay a bill. The Store in Redford really did try to help me the most - so my complaint is not really with them but the main Sprint Customer Service.
I have made 8 calls to them regarding receiving a bill in the mail and finally received the bill August 17. They told me they did send them - they said they were sending to an email address prior to that wasn't even my email address, etc. It has been nothing but a nightmare to try to get my charges and pay them for a bill.
I also went with Sprint because of a discount they offered because of where I work. I gave Sprint the info from day one and 3 months later - they stated that it was denied because the picture on my id didn't copy right that the store submitted and could not see my picture - now they want a check stub which does not have a picture - does not make sense.
Customer Service was suppose to call me back after a 1 1/2 hour call in the afternoon - Sprint never called back - They tacking on late charges for invoices I am not receiving - Not giving me my discount and not resolving any of my issues. DO NOT EVER USE SPRINT - if I could back out I would - I have never been treated this way by any company in my entire life. They cannot guarantee my discount and this is why I switched carriers because of the better pricing. To me this is false advertising. Help
