Hotwire.com - Account Deactivated for No Reason

I have been a Hotwire customer for years (used it just a couple of months ago). I attempted to log in to make a reservation and could not log in. When I talked to customer service they simply told me that "risk management" had deactivated my account and told me to call 415-343-8808. I did so, and it was a voicemail machine saying to leave a message.
I cannot talk to a human being about this and it is not being resolved (God only knows when/if they check this voicemail and return calls...but it hasn't happened today). Very poor customer support!
