T-Mobile - Customer Service Problems Releasing Post Paid Phone Number
KANSAS -- I have been trying for two weeks to get our phone number released from our post paid T-Mobile account to our pre paid T-Mobile phone. The fist two times I called they told me the number would be changed in 24 to 48 hours and it takes about 1 hour on the phone with several people every time you call. The last time I called they said they would check on my request put me on hold and never came back.
This is the worst customer service I have ever had over the phone. The bad thing is the persons you talk with are nice they just can't make anything happen. What a waste of time and money to have people that can't make the system work.
