Wyndham Resort - Owner Care. We Have Enough Points to Have a One Bed Room. but When We Arrived We Had a Studio to Stay in for Seven Days
Type of Accomodations - Complaint
MYRTLE BEACH, SOUTH CAROLINA -- We brought this package in November 2011. We paid the price for a one bed room. We made reservations for March for a vacation in August 17-24 2012. We were not told or offered at any time a studio room. We fell that we have been deceived through this entire transaction. We asked to be refunded our money so that we could go some place else and we were refused.
We drove over 150 miles plus I have already taken my vacation from my job which I cannot take back. We are totally dissatisfied with these accomodations. All we are asking is a refund of our money so that we can finish enjoying our vacation. Under the conditions you are expecting us to be here for a vacation. I would not recommend this program to anyone. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint. All other necessary resources I can in order to get my money back.
We do not want your points at this time. we just want our money or better accommodations. From where we are no one can help us. This is the reason I am sending this complaint via E-mail. If you need to contact us by phone her is our cell numbers. [snip] and [snip] We are staying at Towers on the Grove in Myrtle Beach South Carolina. We have to sit on the bed all day to watch TV. The table is so small. But of course you know all this. We are totally unhappy with this entire deal.
