Straight Talk Cell Phone - Can Not Get the Customer Service People Hard to Understand

ROXBORO, NORTH CAROLINA -- I have been with straight talk for 1 year. Wanted to upgrade my phone, I brought my number from another carrier but have been with straight talk for a year have had my same number for 8 years. I have tried 3 diffenent phones and evey time they keep messing up my account keep saying I could not have the same number or I had to wait 4 days to get my new phone working and would be without my phone period.

I know everyone needs a job but at least we should be able to talk to someone that you can understand. They have the worse customer service have seen on cell phone. When the phone works it's great but come on they don't like to listen to anything you have to say.

I'm sick sick sick of trying to explain to these people all I want to do. It takes too long to just upgrade a phone makes no sense.

I'm sorry that you are having trouble. My wife just upgraded to an android phone via sim card replacement. I called customer service to have her number transferred to the new phone, waited less than 5 minutes for a rep and was off the phone in less than 10 minutes. Her number transfer went through in just a few hours and everything works fine.
