PALO ALTO, CONNECTICUT -- We purchased on officejet 8500, had nothing but problems with it. We did purchase an extended warranty with it, which actually got a replacement with a reconditoned crappier printer which worked for about 4 weeks. Soon the warranty will be up and of course we are getting nowhere with hp. They are completely dishonest and unrelaible. Do not purchase anything from this company!!!!!!!! Ramona Waymire

That is pretty much what you get these days with a warranty - a reconditioned unit.
Sorry you had a bad experience. The last few printers I have purchased (Lexmark and Brother) have both left me wanting more.
