Broadband Service - Complaint
I switched to Sprint's broadband service because it was cheaper and convient at his time. They only give you fourteen days to try the service out. It seemed ok at first but I have had nothing but problems with it. I made a complaint to the company and they do absolutely nothing to take care of their customers. I would not recommend broadband especially with Sprint. Their customer service is horrible they know nothing about their products obviously do nothing to back up their products either. Very tired of getting ripped off. I can't even cancel the plan because the contract fee is 200. Sprint is a rip off. When my contract is up or I come up with the money I will be leaving Sprint.
