I'd say: Never go to Round Rock Hyundai for your car service

ROUND ROCK, TEXAS -- Very bad experience. I took my one year old Tucson in for one problem. Luckily it was fixed. However, on the second day I got my car back the Check Engine light was on. I sent it back again, HERE I have the REAL Problem. After I picked my car up, I found out the Light was still ON which I was told be fixed. Then, the adviser told me that he needed order a part to fix the problem. I have been waiting for four weeks and have tried to call again and again to check if the part was in. Each time I was told that the part was not in yet but it "is" on the way. Guess what: I just found out this morning after talking to a person in part department: they have NEVER ordered the part for me. How careless these people! My poor husband has been driving the problem car around for FOUR WEEKS.

Another advice: Do not buy Hyundai cars. This is my first and the last Hyundai!
