ConsumerCelluar - New Customer With No Knowledge of My Cell Phone

SURPRISE, ARIZONA -- Just purchased a cellular phone from Sears locally on Aug 16 2012. I'VE called on my house phone twice for assistance on setting up my cell phone. This is my first ever experience with a cell phone and haven't a clue of how to work it. I did register and sign in with ConsumerCelluar on Aug 17 but found the help they offered, not much! I do want to enjoy the service and do need it very badly due to ecessive illness in my family circle

It may sound like a bit of a stretch, but if you have a teenager in your family or circle of friends, you may want to reach out to them. I have no doubt they could teach you everything you want to know about using your phone and likely more than you need.
