Waikem Auto Hyundai Service Center
MASSILLON, OHIO -- Yesterday my wife attempted to go to work when her 2012 Hyundai would not shift into reverse. After many tries she called the closest Hyundai dealer which was Waikem Auto Hyundai Service Center. They asked her where she bought the car,(not Waikem)and they told her that they may squeeze her in later in the day. She then asked for a loaner car and was told no in a very condescending tone. She ended up calling the dealer that she bought the car from (20 more miles away) and they not only got her in their shop quickly but they gave her a loaner so she could get to work.
Dealer service stations should treat all customers alike not just the ones that bought the car from them.
Shame on you Waikem, you just lost another customer and ten more that will hear this story.
