PAGOSA SPRINGS, COLORADO -- They stopped payment on their first payment, refused to pay for the site. I took them to small claims court here in Pagosa Springs (Archuleta County) Colorado and won judgment for $474 and they won't pay. Their lawyer told me they were going to appeal but that didn't happen. They are just blissfully ignoring the fact that they owe me money and the judge agrees.

A young couple owns this company and was smart enough to do the LLC thing so it won't hurt their personal credit ratings, but the LLC is liable for payment and it is not happening.

Would you purchase survival gear from a company that doesn't pay it's bills and court judgments?

Sounds like you need to take them back to court.

As I understand it, you can go back to Small Claims court and the judge can order the sheriff to do a till tap, where they actually take over the transactions of the company and take their funds until your judgement is satisfied. The sheriff can also be ordered to seize assets, such as merchandise until your judgement is satisfied. Check your local laws.
