McDonald's - Unprofessional Drive Thru Service
LAKE STEVENS, WASHINGTON -- I stopped at the Lake Stevens McDonald's on August 21st, 2012. I was going to just go through the drive thru. They are remodeling and putting in two drive thrus. I guess they have their drive thru bell disconnected while they are remodeling?
When I pulled up to the speaker box, I saw that they had put a hand writin sign on it saying something close to - "We are open, just let us know that you are here.". After I saw that sign, I just thought to my self - "Well, how ridiculous and unprofessional." and I just left. They are the business, so, why should it be the customers job to let them know that they are there and ready to order? I'm sure that they really don't need the bell disconnected while they remodel. So, why disconnect it? I'm sure that it just makes them lose business, like they lost mine that day.
