Cell phone service provider - Complaint
PALATINE, ILLINOIS -- I have been with this company for 5 plus years. I finally got fed up with the increasing bills I kept receiving. I did everything to stay with this company. Finally I decided to leave permannetly.
I was always told we paid our monthly bill a month in advance. In July when I changed providers, I got a $170.64 bill. I had just made too mayments in May, because I was getting married the month of June and did not want to forget to pay my bills.
I had a zero balance in May, but by June the bill was up to $179.64. How'd that happen? Guess what they printed me up a new bill. told me to go to any service provider store and get a copy and it would explain it to me. Also, I had previously received a cancellation notice for $104.17 dated July 30th. the last day of my service.
Then for August I received a bill for $217.03, for a service I was no longer receieving.
HOW DO THESE COMPAMIES GET AWAY WITH THIS. I've spoken to several customer reps, all with different versions of why this account is so high.
