Nextel Complaint - Horrible company - I710 800 anytime minutes plan
VALDOSTA, GEORGIA -- I was with Cingular for 3 years, wonderful caring people. strived to make you happy. one day a customer suggested nextel. I signed up. I got 800 anytime, week ends unlimited, etc., free phone. Now, I have no service in my business or in my car. only two areas I get good service, my calls get dropped. I was promised if I send in people I would receive $25 credit, now I am told my phone does not qualify, I was told that I would have 30 days , found out that was a lie., stuck with this stupid horrible company sprint is such a partner with. Was told that my bill should only run $42 with taxes, its over $51. I have to pay stupid charges for nextel to maintain their towers of all things. when you call customer service, they are unconcerned and do not care if you are happy., tonight 3 months after signing up, I saw an ad, for my same service same contact and phone, for $32. they tell me I am an existing customer, and cannot lower my rate, put a sign up in front of my business they told me, (a supervisor no less...) they did not care. they had plenty of customers. right, plenty stuck for 2 years. can someone please tell me how I can get away from them without ruining my credit they are just the idiots to ruin my credit. Who runs this company anyway..does anyone have any information or contacts to give me..help.I just want my cingular back. I went back in few days after, and they told me there was no trial period, that was it.
