Dish - Worst Customer Service Ever

REDDING, CALIFORNIA -- Had problems with the hopper system it kept shutting the T.V. because it would over heat. We were ensured that it was a first and they would set out a tech to replace the unit. They failed to show up for the first and second appointment without a courtesy call or an explanation. There was however a call from an installation company and they told us that they were not the one that installed the system five weeks ago. There was another appointment made with the correct company, they also failed to show. So when I asked them to go ahead and disconnect I was told that there would be a substantial disconnect fee($385.00).

When I told them that they did not live up to their promises, they said that they have to have three attempts by their technicians to fix the problem. Told them about the three missed appointments I was informed that they only count when they are actually in home attempts. Rip off.
