THOUSAND OAKS, CALIFORNIA -- The store charged me for a wrong item. When I called and asked for the correct item to be held until the next day, I was told that they could only hold it until closing time. Well, being that the store was due to close in an hour, don't you think they could have made an exception since it was the store's error? I am most disappointed in the snobby, pretentious attitude I received from the staff and spending $50 on a pair of skinny jeans should not come with an attitude like this.
