PLAINVIEW, NEW YORK -- I purchased product from them online in May, 2012. I was put on their Super Saver program without my authorization which ships product at regular intervals. I was shipped product in Aug, 2012 and my credit card was charged without my authorization. When I contacted them, they said they are willing to refund only the cost of the product as long as they receive the product back. At the end of this, I am paying for shipping charges on product that I did not order.

is this a stand alone building or in a strip of stores? often times stores in a strip of them are managed by a company. the maintenance company may have not gotten to it yet.
