CALGARY -- I recently purchased a 3 pack color ink cartrides type 920xl and found the yellow cartridge to be a 564xl not compatible with my 6500 office jet.
I would appreciate a new ink cartridge and a reason that they can't package properly

Where did you purchase the ink cartridge from? Is it possible for you to return it?

I wonder if the cartridge was put in the wrong box at the store, and the box was taped. If it was a factory sealed box, then the error is on HP.
