Motel 6 - Dirty Floor

IDAHO FALLS, IDAHO -- Last night after a long day my husband and I expended one night at Motel 6 in Idaho Falls. It's been a couple of years since last time I stayed at a Motel 6, there were some things different, the showers are smaller, they don't give you shampoo, and some other things I understand they are doing to keep the prices low. But in our room the phone was unplugged and the wire to plug it was broken, the floors were sticky and I found a piece of a cup lid by the bed, there was some kind of cereal on the floor, and when we got up in the morning we found something in the bed that we were no too sure what it was, and at that point we didn't really wanted to know. So if they want to keep the customer coming they better watch the cleaning of the rooms.

Your complaint reminds me of my first and only stay at a Motel 6, about 12 years ago. I will never return.

That is something the manager and corporate should be made aware of.
