Dish Network - The Worst Customer Service I Ever Had, Managers Doesn't Know How to Talk to the Customers
THE COLONY, TEXAS -- I had a Dish Network since two years, they were charging me money to my cc every month, each month was a different charges. When I called to the customer service, in august the representative and the manager was keep asking me to cancel my connection because my contract was finished. I didn't call to cancel the service but because they were keep offering me, they made me to do so. The manager of customer service- she was not listening me, she was blaming that I did sing the contract and I didn't read that. I was and ended up with the canceling the service. When it comes to returning the receiver-i use to pay $10 per month to use the receiver and now they want me to pay for the return service. I never herd that we have to pay the money to send the receiver back. I never ever heard that before. Very very worst and lack of customer service I ever had.. Dish Network made me to cancel the service and made me to go with some other service. Tat&t. When I called them to know the returning process in the detail, the manager of customer service told me that I don't have any choice because they do have my credit card and if they don't receive the receiver back in 30 days, then they will charge me anyways.
I never heard that before, that I have to pay for the receiver. Very very worst customer service.
I will never recommend to go with Dish Network. Go with at&t it is the best.
