Applebee's - Lost my appetite
Manager behavior - Complaint

GENESEO, NEW YORK -- Ate at a local Applebee's and we were seated in a booth near the kitchen. I worked in a restaurant when I was younger and know there can be noise with trying to get business done, so the door opening and shutting I could ignore. What I couldn't ignore was listening to a manager yell at people seated a couple booths down. My wife and I just stopped eating at this point, the guy was all red in the face and hollering and seemed to not notice his behavior. The wait staff surrounding the area looked horrified and then when he got out of sight they tried to fluff it off and say he does that from time to time. I knew they were trying to be polite for our sakes, but we could see the looks on their faces to know they were shaken. We asked to take our food home. It just made for a bad dining experience.

I also lost my appetite after eating at AB's for awhile - I finally realized I was eating slop.
That behavior isn't appropriate, but neither is the product AB's offers.
