power cord for my phone - Complaint

HOUSTON, TEXAS -- I have the LG thrill phone for one year. The last 5 months has been hell with it. The problem is the power cord. I have replace 7 times already. When I try to charge my phonei have to hold the cord different ways. I can't just plug it in either I have to giggle and play with it for a couple of minutes. I have to keep checking to see if its charging. I've had the phone replaced and its still doing the same thing. Art I need help with this problem I like your service but this phone sucks. I have kids and I don't need to worried if I'm going to miss there call. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME
