Opex - Not customer service friendly

ST AUGUSTINE, FLORIDA -- Let's see....I ordered Opex Long Distance on the 15th Of Aug. On the 20th we still did not have service. I called them. They told me I had to call AT&T and select them as my long distance "PIC". So I did. AT&T says problem was with OPEX and not them. Called OPEX. They gave me a 10 digit code to call from the phone. Told to listen for response and call them back. I'm like "Why do I have to do all this stuff, I'm the customer"? So I asked them to get lost after 13 days and still no long distance. I do speak with a very good mid-Indian accent now and thinking of opening my own call center.
