ServiceMaster - Quality of Technicians Is Poor.
Assess Water Damage From Roof Leak. - Complaint
TUCSON, ARIZONA -- In Tucson, it is getting very, very hard to find companies whose technicians are really experienced people in their 30s, 40s and older. I am really tired of seeing young kids arrive at my residence, in their early 20s, with poor communication skills, they come across awkward in going about their work, few company techs wear a company uniform, there is little or no professionalism conveyed in how they conduct themselves with a customer.
I've had disappointing experiences with a roofing company, plumbing company, pest control company, with the "kids" ServiceMaster sent to my residence today, etc. I've gotten professional service from Sears regarding a new washer, from the city regarding removal of a tree, and from a building inspector. In these cases, technicians in at least their 30s showed up, people who generally by then are kind of grown up.
From now on, I am going to have to do more careful investigating and shopping around before I have any workmen come over to my place again, because I really only want professional-behaving people, wearing a uniform, looking and behaving professionally. I won't be having ServiceMaster on my property again.
