WOODSIDE, NEW YORK -- To all customers planning to have RCN as a provider don't even try if you don't want to experienced high blood pressure, frustration, and ending up saying sorry.. I just had with them for a month I experienced a 4days shut down of all services. I called customer service for help but it took me 25mins just to reach them and schedule for next two days from 8-11am for technician to check the service. I been stuck at home doing nothing with all my paper works that needs to be done since I am disable I only depend on the Internet to communicate and submit my paper works from my job. in a two days time early morning I went to the bathroom to do my morning stuff and took a quick shower in the middle of cleaning my private parts the phone rings but I couldn't pick up I rushed myself to finish everything and give them a call back it took me 15-20 Min's to reach them so they told me because I didn't pick up the call so the technician left. Just one ring that's what happened I tried to convinced and explained it to them but they don't care from customer service representative to the supervisor namely (Tanya, Val, sup. Judy ) they don't care at all no matter how you explained your situation that I'm disable they don't care. So now it's my fault for the inconvenience of the service that they provided to me. If possible guys try to look for another provider which give you a good and friendly service. Highly not recommended...
