Best buy - Delivery Rescheduled with no prior notification

BELTSVILLE, MARYLAND -- I was told my fridge would come Wed. While I was home from work I called and I was told that the delivery date was rescheduled and they had informed me. I was not informed. I now have to take off Friday as well. Ridiculous. I was put on hold twice for 30 min and hung up on another time.

The only thing that will get these companies to listen is if you cancel the order and go somewhere else. Not really practical since you need the fridge but losing dollars is the only type of communication that businesses understand.
