Priceline.com - Poor customer service
Hotel reservation - Complaint
I booked a hotel room in Atlanta GA for 5 nights at my own price on 8/28 with check-in date of 9/3. At the time I did not read terms and conditions (my bad) which I now know includes no updates/cancellation. Today, my travel plan changed so I called Priceline.com requesting if my check-in date could be changed to 9/17, apologizing for my ignorance. The customer advocate said "let me check". In about 3 seconds, she came back and told me that she has checked with her supervisor who says I can not change it. It is hard to believe that she completed question/answer session with her supervisor in 3 seconds. Then I asked to connect to supervisor to which she said no matter who you talk to, the answer will be "no change, no cancellation" and she hung up. This was very rude. I will hesitate to use Priceline.com again given that they have such a poor customer and rude customer service.
