United Parcel Service - UPS Misdelivers More Often Than Not

ALBUQUERQUE, NEW MEXICO -- Our Last 2 deliveries from UPS have been misdelivered. A couple of weeks ago, a package was sitting on the porch of the vacant house next door. We checked it because we were expecting a delivery and sure enough it was addressed to us. Our address is clearly posted on the house in large, metal numerals. It is also clearly painted on the curb. The same is true for the vacant house next door. Today, we had a package on our porch that was clearly addressed to a residence on the next street over. We avoid UPS when we can because of these same problems over the years, but some companies do not give customers a choice. I receive an annual package from a relative that has been misdelivered by UPS every year for the past 4 years! I finally wrote the seller of the product to let them know and they will now ship my item via USPS.

Have you spoken with someone at your hub about this issue?
I have never had a single misdelivery issue with UPS, over about 300 deliveries in my life. I'm sorry you don't enjoy the same excellent service I have, and I do think the hub should be involved to at least let them know.
