Burger King - Poor Service
OMAHA, NEBRASKA -- Wednesday 29 august 2012 at 715 pm at Burger King 5100 L Street. I went through the drive thru and ordered a Tender Crisp Combo. I then proceeded to the window and paid for the order. I was told to park and she would bring the order out to me. I waited for 18 minutes and no one delivered the food to my car. I then went inside and asked for my money back because I no longer should have to wait for a simple small order. I received no apology or contact from the manager. I waited another 6 minutes for a refund. I believe this is very poor customer service.
