Why Do I continue-- Comcast Customer service sucks

WALNUT CREEK, CALIFORNIA -- I have not had Comcast Email since Monday evening.
I called Comcast Customer service. I had to listen to that very annoying clicking clock ticking sound while the slow turning Comcast robot decided if it wanted to take my call.
I got a very stupid rude service representative I was informed my passwords and email address is wrong. News to me. Same email address and passwords on the account for more than 4 years.
Customer service representative in very poor grammar and diction informed me Comcast is not wrong. I Requested to speak with a knowledgeable tech rep-- Was put on hold. Left hanging for nearly 20 minutes. I guess this is how Comcast trains their reps to handle tuff calls.
Went to a different site was directed to ITOKGO to trouble shoot.
I was told, yes you are right there is a problem and we will charge you to fix it.
Screw Comcast !!.-- I used the F bomb but this site does not allow for free speech.
