Why Do I continue-- Comcast Customer service sucks

WALNUT CREEK, CALIFORNIA -- I have not had Comcast Email since Monday evening.
I called Comcast Customer service. I had to listen to that very annoying clicking clock ticking sound while the slow turning Comcast robot decided if it wanted to take my call.
I got a very stupid rude service representative I was informed my passwords and email address is wrong. News to me. Same email address and passwords on the account for more than 4 years.
Customer service representative in very poor grammar and diction informed me Comcast is not wrong. I Requested to speak with a knowledgeable tech rep-- Was put on hold. Left hanging for nearly 20 minutes. I guess this is how Comcast trains their reps to handle tuff calls.
Went to a different site was directed to ITOKGO to trouble shoot.
I was told, yes you are right there is a problem and we will charge you to fix it.

Screw Comcast !!.-- I used the F bomb but this site does not allow for free speech.

I don't think it has anything to do with free speach, but moreover, the low- brow perception and limited respect a site of this nature would garner allowing the unnecessary use of profanity.

i recently had an issue with all my email addresses being locked down. i simply called the comcast customer service number, and within minutes, all were restored. their explanation? a computer glitch.

Sounds like you are definitely unimpressed with Comcast. Given your situation I would be as well. If the language you portrayed here by calling the rep stupid and wanting to drop the F bomb were perceived by the representative that you wanted help from its no surprise that you didn't receive the resolution you had hoped for. Maintain your composure and you will find more people will be willing help you when you ask.
