American Express - Horrible costumer service

QUEENS, NEW YORK -- The worst customer service ever. Everytime you call in regards to any issues the reps seem to not pay attention to anything. Never resolve anything, but keep promising and later find out nothing was taken care off. Never in my life seen this kind of customer service(reps seem to have ADD ).

any time i have contacted american express via the telephone, the customer service has always been 100% professional, courteous, and resolved my questions.
