LEES SUMMIT, MISSOURI -- The person taking my blood was rude for the start. When she was finished taking my blood she put a cotton swab on my arm and barked 'Here hold this!" not even a please or thanks and then she barked 'we're done'. If I was her manager I'd fire her on the spot.

:) I had a less than polite experience at a Quest diag. here in Dallas too... must have unhappy employees.
