Sprint - Constant Service Interruptions
Sprint Phone Service and the worthless HTC Evo 3d - Complaint
BRONX, NEW YORK -- I have complained to Sprint the whole of this year about regular loss of data connection, intermittent loss of audio on phone, random disconnect from the Bluetooth, muffled audio when it does work, and a slew of other problems that have interfered with me doing my job as a case manager and as a mover who has to navigate to areas that I am completely unfamiliar with. Sprint has conceded that I am having these problems and have given me a recurring monthly discount on my bill of $15 for six months which they have increased to $25 for the last two months.
Sprint continues to cite tower and network upgrades as the reason for this unforgivable service. However, as a customer I am being completely disregarded. I was never called and informed that there would be interruption in my service. Similarly, the discount was not offered to me. On the contrary, it was given to me after I complained.
In fairness if Sprint continues to give me a service inferior to that advertised and that I have come to expect, I should not be held hostage by a contract and should be given the option to opt out.
