Empire Today - Rude Customer Service Rep. hangs up on customers

HIGHLANDS, NORTH CAROLINA -- Will never use Empire Today or recommend them.
Had to reschedule carpet installation because installers wanted to begin installation late in the afternoon in the rain. I didn't want them at my
house in the evening or trucking rain and dirt in the newly constructed
house. Rescheduled for later day that week, asked for morning installation,
when installers didn't arrive, I called customer service to see where they
were and the customer service representative hung-up the phone. It is
now afternoon and still no installers. My time is important too.
What a rude company. Won't recommend them or personally use them again.
