Bank of America Complaint - On Line Non-Banking
What a mess! Some pencil-necked geek in BOA's IT department thought up "Site Key" as a way to keep your online banking secure. Oh brother does it work! It is so secure, I can't access my account anymore. My computer freezes every time. I called their CS department and got a very terse "we're working on it" (That was over a week ago) and I was also told to send them an email. Well, of course, my computer freezes (100% CPU usage) if I try to email them as well. So, since my out-of-state son needed to have a few dollars, I wanted to check my account ballance and had no recourse but to call the telephone banking service. This was after a week, right before Christmas, of changing all of my banking habits because they screwed up their site. Last minute trips to the PO, etc. Well guess what? Now they charged me a damn fee to use their telephone banking. Are you Kidding me???? I am not stopping till I get to the CEO if I have to to get that insideous fee taken off my account! Then, I'm changing banks (probably a credit union) so that I have some one I can talk to with out them thinking they're better than me. I've had this BOA account for 6 years but they have soured me with their arrogance over the past year-and-a-half. Awful bank!!!
