BEST BUY CANADA Complaint - SONY VAIO-BEST BUY(my worst buy)SOLD ME GARBAGE MADE IN CHINA, FAULTY PRODUCT
MISSISSAUGA -- BEST BUY CANADA (my worst buy , worst customer service) SOLD ME GARBAGE WORTH 1725$ BOUGHT BEFORE 20 DAYS AND COMPLETE FAILURE. LCD IS HAVING MANUFACTURING DEFECT. NOW I AM MAKING RUNAROUND FROM SONY SUPPORT TO BEST BUY AND VICE VERSA. BOTH OF THEM WANT TO PUT ON EACH OTHER.
So if you're having frustrated trying to deal with the unhelpful sick company, being bounced from one drone to the next, hearing about policies and procedures, but never about them trying to do the right thing and take responsibility for their products or promises, then you've got plenty of other companies and brands.
CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND ON SITE WARRANTY IS ALL B.S which is included with the computer which worked for mere 20 days.
I WOULD NEVER BUY SONY COMPUTERS IN MY LIFE, IT HAS TO BE SOME THING ELSE.
BEWARE OF SONY VAIO AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT WHICH SUCKS INCLUDING SONY AND BEST BUY. THEY SELL GARBAGE MADE IN CHINA which are defective and comprised of poor quality components and workmanship.
I HAVE LOST MY MILLION DOLLAR BUSINESS AND PROJECT WHICH WAS STORED ON THIS, THEY EVEN DO NOT WANT TO HELP ME TRASFER OR RETAIN MY DATA BACK TO ME, and if they do they would charge 89 $ plus service plan is required. I am forced to buy all the medicines available in store for which I have no requirement for my physiology. Similary best buy wants us to buy everything -before they can let you peacefully enjoy a product which is purchased. And if you don't to then they may sell you a bad product which may give you run around for your life.
THERE IS NO HUMAN BEING AVAILABLE TO HELP AND CSRs NOT READY TO GIVE ANY CONTACT OF MANAGEMENT IN TERMS OF THEIR FAX NUMBERS, DIRECT NUMBERS OR EMAIL. CALLED THEIR HEADOFFICE THEY ARE AGAIN CSR , TRAINED PUPPETS OR RECORDED TAPES.
SONY VAIO- MADE IN CHINA-- BEWARE OF THIS GARBAGE SOLD ALL OVER. and BEWARE OF BEST BUY WHO WOULD SELL YOU ANYTHING WITHOUT ANY SUPPORT OR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I tried to leave defective computer at Best buy stores at mississauga, even without refund , as it is piece of scrap for me. But Security guy threw the computer on the road outside their premises and asked me to leave.
Now I will have to return this garbage to President of Best-buy at his residence if not his office or Sony Canada head office at my cost without expecting refund. It would be ideal to forget 1725$ then to keep this garbage with nightmare of my business and data loss.
Greedy sales people at Best buy attend to you are more interested in forcinga useless product protection plan down your throat, or accessories which gives them more margin and cut. Once sold they need to throw you out with the help of bouncers.
I would suggest to be away from Sony Vaio even if it comes free or as a gift, else it would render you handicap and great loss of your data or work which would be more than the cost of this garbage.
