DEKALB, ILLINOIS -- In May Edison dug up our lawn to do underground repairs and never came back to repair our lawn. We called three times. They even said it could take years to come to make the repairs.

Write to the Problem Solver at the Tribe. It seems that bad press is the only thing that lights a fire under some companies' butts.
