Red Lobster - Service Was Horrible

BRIGETON, MISSOURI -- I took my mother out for a special occasion just because I love my mom and not saying everyone don't but we think you are going to get good service but it turns out to be a disaster.
First I would like to say my mom is a diabetic. So we ask if they could put some of our order on the side. Apparently we never got I order like if they never sent it back. We waited a whole 1 1/2 waiting on our food. When ask for the manager they act like they didn't want to get the manager so when she finally came to the table she say that she was sorry as if she could care less and tell us that our food was just sitting in the window.
Ok, why didn't she address her workers parently just as I thought she didn't care and sorry wasn't good enough from someone who act like she don't care. Why because am a black customer! I don't want to cause any trouble I just wanted a nite out with my mom.

I don't think your being black had anything to do with it. I think they are an equal opportunity apathy provider.

I agree with clutzy - I don't see a racial element here.
We ate as a family at Red Lobster decades ago - I recall it being unremarkable. As an adult I ate at a Red Lobster once, and it was horrible. I hope to never visit there again before I die. In my opinion, you are better off taking your mom to a better restaurant for a special day. Actually, for any day.

I'm white and believe me I'd have my share of bad service. If you wanted it to be a special occasion steer clear of the chains. Find a nice local restaurant that appreciates your business.
