Moe's Southwest Grill - Inability to Read My Order Correctly
Homewrecker Steak Burrito & Fat Sam Chicken Fajitas - Complaint
WILSONVILLE, OREGON -- Hello all,
Moe's Southwest Grill is very good Mexican fast food restaurant. I only have a complaint for this specific worker that has an inability to read my orders correctly. I'm deaf which I write down my orders very clearly.
For this order that I printed down, I stated that I want: 1 Homewrecker Steak Burrito and 1 Fat Sam Chicken Fajitas to go. The worker read my order and began to make Fat Sam Chicken Fajitas.
The worker went ahead to put steaks which I objected that it was chicken, but I said never mind - didn't want to cause issue. He then asked me if I want soft tortilla which I said yes (I was puzzled that fajitas was supposed to come with tortillas).
The next thing, the worker did not prepare my steak burrito thinking that I am done with my order, so I pointed to my order that I asked for steak burrito. The worker took a "plate" and put down steaks exactly like Fat Sam type. I said that he was supposed to put a large soft tortilla on the bottom of the plate first, then added steaks which he "understand". I pointed to items on what I would to add to my steak burrito, but he doesn't understand what items I want (I know I should write down items, but it was not issue for me at other places). I requested other worker to finish up my order.
I'm not blaming Moe's Southwest Grill, but I'm blaming that worker that cannot read my order correctly. I'm wondering if Moe hires workers that cannot read? I am not saying that is in this case, but I'm wondering why he cannot understand my order clearly.
The worker is very nice, but I think that he needs to be trained on how to take orders correctly. I wish I have his name, but I don't. All I know that I would not have that worker taking my order again.
