JOHNSON CITY, NEW YORK -- I ordered a sectional sofa on July 7, 2012 at a Raymour & Flannigan store. I was advised at the time that it would take 8 weeks for delivery. The product delivery date noted on my receipt was 09/09/12. Called Raymour & Flannigan yesterday 09/03/12 and was advised that it would not be until 10/31/12. That is 16 weeks by my calculation. I have torn apart my living room to accommodate this delivery to find out that it was going to be another 8 weeks before delivery. I complained to Raymour & Flannigan about this gross misrepresentation and they advised me to complain to Laz-y-boy. Tried to access their complaint portal on their website and it did not work. So here I am with a torn apart living room and no furniture. If Laz-y-boy could not make the delivery time they should have advised the store. Raymour & Flannigan should have then advisd me of the delay in delivery. I am a very dissatisfied customer.
