AT&T - Bad service at my house...HATE THEIR ADVERTISING

QUINLAN, TEXAS -- I have been an AT&T customer for at least 8 years. Until about 6 months ago, had passable service at my house. Lately, most of the time I only have 1 bar or NO SERVICE. This is ridiculous. I have spent time on the phone with their customer "service" department who have said they did something to my phone to help--it didn't!! I think once my contract expires, I am going to Verizon...daughter has it and it works at my house just fine--all the time!!

Second major complaint is their advertising that makes the father in the family look like a doofus! In this age of the crumbling family, it would be better if they used their ads to build up family relations instead of tearing them down. The other ad that just makes me mad is the one where the teacher allows her students to be rude to an invited guest to their classroom and even joins them being rude. They need to clean up their ads.
